My attempts to search for an answer to this one turned up a lot of complaints about the old manual crouched lance change, but not much else, so I figured it was worth a try here before I chalk this up as a disappointing purchase and go back to the original;

Whereas the first game locked the crouched lance on the right hand side, Warband allows you to target left and right with a 5-10 degree dead zone to the left to allow for the horses' head. - It's nice change that adds some flexibility, However the flipping point for the attack direction seems to be dead centre instead of taking account of the dead zone, so slight changes of direction, terrain or camera cause the lance to switch sides unexpectedly.

Is the a mod that either locks the lance to one side ,adjusts the flipping point ?
