Since i'm using Windows 10 64-bit i decided to update my post .
Download this file : http://www.jkhub.net/project/get.php?id=1804 and put the ddraw.dll into the game folder . You also need to disable the intro screen since it will crash your game .
Go to the installation folder.
Open motoracer2.ini.
Add -skipintro to the end of the Params= line.
Save your changes.
