Startup parameters are manual @: -D3D -KeepAvailableVram-800000000

The game will start up with D3D no problem, however in-game SFX only play when at 640x480 resolution. 800x600 and 1024x768 will not play in-game SFX. I also tried with the latest dgvoodoo wrapper to see if that helped, but same thing.

Any suggestions? Thanks!
I believe I found a solution -- this is what I had to do to enable D3D with SFX at all resolutions under Windows 10 x64:

1) Install game from GOG
2) Install dgVoodoo2.5.2 to game install directory
3) Rename 'MotoRacer2.exe' to 'MotoRacer2.exe.bak'
4) Rename 'Launch Moto Racer 2' to 'Launch Moto Racer 2.bak'
5) Create shortcut for 'moto.exe' and rename it to 'Launch Moto Racer 2'
6) Rename 'moto.exe' to 'motoracer2.exe'
6) Right click shortcut and select properties, then the 'shortcut' tab. At the end of 'target', add -D3D
7) Start game and verify D3D and all sound at any resolution.
