Am getting "flickery" graphics all through the game, from start-up to in-game. No idea how to fix, any suggestions?

Running a Win10 machine with AMD 7800 series graphic card

I had this issue on windows 10, have you tried toggling windowed mode and back to full screen with Shift+F5?
