The article is here:
https://gamehistory.org/monkeyisland/
It covers the (YouTube) stream with Ron Gilbert which took place on Oct 30th 2020 and it was at first a closed event (available to people who paid a small amount for a ticket).
The YouTube stream is available publicly now, along with the chat.

Quite a lot of information on the tools used to develop the Secret of Monkey Island, as well as discoveries on removed scenes, animations, models, early concepts and plot ideas.
The old tools were use-able too, since on the stream they were used to make small changes to a script (dialogue with the 3 important looking pirates) and then re-play/test them in-game, which was really neat to watch!
Highly recommended read to anyone interested.
