When ever i try to enter the save game menu, the game crashes and exits. has anyone had this problem with mm7?

I'm getting it too; I've tried installing and uninstalling the greyface patch and no dice with that either way.

i also have this problem when i go to the menu in game and hit save game i just crash to desktop
