I noticed a teleporter at the lower lvl of town but when i got there i was attacked by slimes who killed my party most enemies just make you unconsious, am i too low lvl for that area? Mt fighters and robber are lvl 4 and my mage and cleric 3.

Which game are you playing? In some entries to the series, you might not get notified if you are out of food; you will rest but no healing will occur.

Slimes are also different for different games.

If I remember correctly, then yes, you're probably too low level for that area. You were teleported to a different cave with some tough enemies in it. Instead of going there, finish exploring below the town and then just leave town and explore the outside world first. You'll eventually return to that cave that you teleported to, but you don't want to explore it until you're higher level.

Yeah i found a great spot for great gear there is a hall below the city where you get an encounter each 4 tiles. flesh eater mutant larve skeletons and fire ants and expacily the last 2 is interesting since my cleric destroys skeletons and fire ants are easy as well and they both drop treasure fire ant even drp magic weapons +1 and i got my self a nice plate mail there too bad i have to sell most of my weapons since im not the right alignment.
