I have just finished the game(s) after playing them a long time ago. I both beat Clouds of Xeen and Darkside of Xeen as well as done all of the extra ending quests.

All in all I think I sank some 12-15 hours per game and lastly some 3 hours into the End game to unite the world. Somehow this struck me as strange since I can remember the games being much longer and bigger, but that could very well be the nostalgia.

So how long did you guys take to fnish these games? :)

I guess it took about 100 hours until my party finished WoX for the first time.

That's a lot! What did you spent the most time on do you think? I tend to get through inventory management asap and only return to towns when absolutely necessary.

Roughly 100 hours too.

I do a lot of micromanagement.

It took me around 60+ hours I think, but I took my time.

However, I am yet to fully replay it on Warrior mode, which is "Normal" mode, whereas Adventurer mode is "easy" mode. On Warrior mode you have to actually watch such stuff as buffs and gear.

This is on my to-play list after I am done with Yendorian Tales 2 &3. They play almost like MM 3-5 with some differences. If you loved MM 3-5 then you will most likely love these games too. By any chance, anyone knows if Rodney Smith (creator of YT series) is available somewhere for contact and if anyone contacted him about fate of the series (and their possible appearance on gog.com)?
