I can't get the downloader to do anything. It just sits idle. I can click the download option all day, and the downloader just says my download queue is empty. I have followed the recommedations, updated my video drivers, and deleted the user files that were causing a problem. I really would like to use the two games I bought today when I joined. Is there another download program I can use? I am running Vista.

Try using your browser to download the games. Opera or Firefox have their own downloaders that work quite well.
