I have 2 Displays and I cannot get MGS to open on the second one. there is no option to make it to windowed and drag it to the other display. When i use Shift+Winkey+arrows it makes it so that the display is on both screens.
Is there a way that i could get the game to show up on my other display?

If it's just a matter of the physical monitor on which is displayed, and doesn't interfere with having other programs runing at the same time on main screen, go on desktop, right click, and on screen options it should allow you to make your second screen the main.
This is how i do with any other software that doesn't allow to move away from the main screen.
