The game crashes just when I go to B1 level in Shell 2 elevator. Had anyone this problem too?
If so, do you know how to fix it?

I think I should say that I installed V's fix for Metal Gear Solid 2.

Does the fix overwrites .exe files? Elevator crash has been fixed in GOG build.

It didn't overwrite any file. However, the problem was somehow solved when I changed the resolution.

I had this issue too using V's fix; however, I seemed to be able to keep it from happening by spamming the codec screen. I also had it happen after changing settings.
