I resolved this Bug by:
1. Deinstallation
2. Deinstall ALL fdshow Applications (the one which is shipped is the "Problem" in my case)
-> I had fdshow filters (other, newer version) installed in 64bit...
3. Install the game again
4. Just click "next" in the fdshow-setup (which installs a 32Bit binary if I am not wrong)
Game started to work
It would be kind if the Setup would check if fdshow is already installed so a Installation of the old fdshow is not required.
