Yes, currently there are differences between Steam and GOG versions.

Steam version 1.4.1.5 (11/07/2022), GOG version offline installer: 1.4.1.4. Unfortunately, I can't say whether you can update to 1.4.1.5 via the Galaxy garbage. I only use offline installers.
