So I decided to replay this after quite some time and in the very first mission right at the start where you're ambushed in the truck is where the issue is. That scene happens, everyone else jumps out, yet I get stuck in the truck, can't move, can't jump out, can only turn around and fire my weapon.

Has anyone else encountered this? If so, any idea out to sort it out.

It's not easy to help you since you provided no information about your system (hardware, OS, game's configuration, etc.).

Anyway, if you are running it on a modern Windows version, I would try setting the game to run in compatibility mode for Windows XP.

I've tried reinstalling.
Compatibility modes.
Changing the resolution to from 1920x1080 to lower.
Game's configuration is basically everything on, though I have tried everything down/off.

Yes, it an unusual behavior, especially considering that the game seems to run fine.
Maybe it's a simple problem with the key bindings... are you sure you are using the keys previously assigned to the movement?

I hadn't changed any of the key bindings. The character walked, but didn't move if that makes sense, like he was stuck.

I've just reinstalled for the 5th time and now, somehow, it's working. I don't know what happened there.
