I was replaying the game and finally decided to get all medals and hero moments, I cleared the game on normal and saw that the medal for easy difficulty was still locked and while annoying i didn't care too much, but when i restarted the game on easy it deleted the medal for clearing the game on normal. is this a bug? how do i unlock all difficulty based medals at the same time?
