Very frequently when I'm turning with the mouse, it suddenly turns too much as if I flicked the mouse really quickly. Framerate remains steady, so it's not a microstutter or anything, it's just that suddenly the rotation skips a bunch of degrees, seemingly anywhere from 5 to 90 depending on the speed I was turning. Can be really disorienting.

This only happens with the mouse, never with the keyboard.

Edit: at some point this stopped happening and I don't know why...
