Hi I have the MOO3 on disk and would like to pick it up here on GOG. It all depends on wether the issues I have with the disked version has been resolved for todays gameplay. Has the bug or designflaw been fixed where this could not handle the late game where you control a lot of systems? Has all the minor bugs been ironed out I do play the disked with the tropical mod now but that has not fixed the late game issue for the disked version.

I did play MoO3 all the way through it did not crash. Or do you mean a specific one? (could try to reproduce :) )

And don't be afraid to buy it, if it doesn't work, you have a 30 day refund guaranty ;)

Minor bugs, as in????

EDIT: I think the part of the 30 days I could have saved myself as you are not new ;)

For me it started to miss a lot in the turn messages. Also I could get a random CTD at the late game. It was not game breaking but quite annoying. and it would take me more than 30 days to get to the late late game I am talking about ;) I must confess I can't remember the minor bugs it has been a while I just remembered there being some?

CTD??? can't say I remember one...But that might have been that in the original there was (IIRC) the CD-check....Isn't there anymore... ;) (now that you mentioned it, I do remember something like this with the original CD's.....)

Some people call them minor bugs others call them features ;) I know it is not as user friendly as 2 ;)

With the 30 days, if you would run into this problem you could always point GOG to this thread and I don't think they would have a problem reimbursing you, but on the other hand don't expect them to give you your money back after 1 year, if you are so slow ;)
