Hi!

Is Master of Orion (2016) eligible for GOG Connect? I'd love to have this game DRM-Free and in my GOG Library rather than Steam's... How/where can I know if it's eligible to GOG Connect?

It is not at the moment and the mean of connect is not to get all games, you own on Steam, to GOG at once, but its kinda advertising to draw Steam Customers to GOG.
GOG Connect does only offer a small amount of games every now and then. Right now there is just Limbo and TW1, TW2 and TW Adventure game to connect.
Games usually stay for a week and then you have to wait for some weeks/months tilll new Connect titles come.
