Couldn't hurt to try to contact them again via their Contact Us form. The squeaky wheel gets the grease and maybe the first contact attempt didn't go through for some reason. Beyond that, you may simply have to wait a bit. I'm not sure what GOGs typical response times are, but a number of companies can take up to two business days.

I'm sure they'll get you taken care of in the end.
Also try posting in the General forum - a staff member is likely to see you there (usually these things are resolved same business day, but note that GOG doesn't work weekends, so support won't answer until Monday and a staff member may not see your post until then, but more likely than not they will).
