+1. Need linux version
I hope so! +1
the worst thing is that since original version of game has been removed, there is basically no way to obtain drm-free linux build anymore (plz correct me if Im wrong - not sure if this remaster include original versions as goodies)
+1 for Linux version

Does anyone know if the Linux version is a native build or is run by Steam Proton (a modified wine)? When it is run by Proton, wine could be a suitable alternative and this would explain why there is no native Linux version here at GOG.

it's the same situation with MacosX version. it got replaced by a remastered windows-only game. bummer
On the one hand, I'm grateful that I could buy Mark of the Ninja on GOG for my preferred platform (Linux) without DRM so many years ago. I also did buy the Special Edition upgrade, so now I got the remaster for free. And I just checked, and the original version (with its Linux installer) is still on my account waiting for me to install it and play it in the future.

But on the other hand, it's really frustrating to see the remaster with only a Windows version, especially when the Linux version is available in other stores.

You make it difficult to be a fan, Klei.

I hope the Linux version comes eventually. Until then, I'll be playing the original.

Since Klei already made the linux and macosx remastered versions, it's rather GOG that dropped the ball here.

Difficult to know in this silence!
It is GOG who should inform us, we are GOG customer!
And Klei no longer advertises for "Mark of the Ninja" on his website, maybe they used Proton on Steam ?
