I started the game and used Bernard since he was the main character for Day of the Tentacle. I have gotten to the point when it's time to call the police. I make the call and the cutscene in space plays, the cop says he is on his way and to make sure the lab is open. After that, nothing. He never shows up. I tried having both the door to the dungeon open and the door to the secret lab open beforehand but that didn't work. Then I tried to have both doors shut, make the call, then open the doors after the space scene. The police never show up and I have no idea how to potentially fix this.

If you have a savegame before calling the police where you can reproduce the problem, you could try filing a bug report at https://bugs.scummvm.org/ and attach it there so that it can be analyzed.
