I'm a little confused about some of the graphical settings, which should i enable/disable to get the best quality/performance possible? These are my settings atm.

This is my setup options and the game looks great:

TURN ON: Fullscreen, Triple Buffering,Vertical sync, Truecolour, Compressed
Refresh rate 60hz or Auto
Bit depth 32
TURN OFF:Low detail, Disable EAX, Software mixing only
---
TURN ON (Advanced): Hardware TransformLighting + Clip Always
TURN OFF (Advanced): W-Buffer, Multipass rendering
---
+ Don't forget setup Level of details in the ingame settings to High (see the image - sory for the quility, it isn't my pic)

I also reccomend using Widescreen fix
