Actually I was able to get past this mission and I didn't need to use a trainer. The trick is to use the grenades found on the 2nd-to-last level of the garage. That helped out immensely.

It's easy if you do first 2 levels (one level consists of 2 halves, one is slightly lower) on a car path, but go to 3rd level by stairs and surprise them and spray them all with Tommy gun.
Even Harbor level is easy if you know what to do. Last one is also not that hard in a few tries.
