Anyone else having this problem? The game is brilliant but this is a buzzkill. I am going to try turning off the tutorial hints and see if that works.

This is a known issue. We haven't encountered it on any of our PCs, but PCGamingWiki lists it as a known problem. You could try capping the framerate in your GPU settings, see if that helps.

For now it works fine only with a cap to 30 fps...
