I cant get passed 63 fps any one know a fix? or is it locked?

My specs are:

Intel Core i7 4790K CPU

MSI NVIDIA GTX 970 Graphics Card

Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1600 Mhz RAM

You need to install Mafia Widescreen Fix and edit the .ini file to remove the limit. Follow the instructions from pcgamingwiki.
