Sta-au: For some reason it doesn't appear for me. The radar works but nothing in relation to a minimap. I had asked this question before on another forum but basically the only answer I got was "it's not a real problem". Along with back in the day minimaps for these types of games weren't a thing.
i finished the game yesterday
you will have to use the TAB key .. this displays a translucent minimap with destination markers...
also, it becomes easier if you memorize locations as the game will issue directions explicitly stating the location of your next destination.. 30% into the game i was able to reproduce most locations from memory
i dont know if a mod exists to display a static minimap but overall this game has bad UI and controls, looks like an unfinished product.. dont remember the last time i had to reload a game more than twice
