the music in Machinarium crackles quite badly, other sounds seem fine as far as I can tell. Any idea what could be wrong?
HW acceleration is already off.
I am using Arch Linux, so libraries are likely newer and it is technically not supported. All games I tried run fine however. Some need tweaks like circumventing the libraries GOG ships, but I see no such possibility here.
I usually use ALSA for sound, but the exact same issue occurs with pulseaudio.
