Yeah they both run (very well) under DOSBox. I haven't tried if it's possible to get them run in a window but I'd assume not since alt-tabbing is disabled too.

Thanks. It should be possible to modify the .conf file to get DOSBox to run however you like. I suppose GOG could have a gimped version so we can't mess with it, but I was able to get Descent to run in a window with no problem (alt-enter).

MAX 1 is using DOSBox and its possible to play this game windowed just by using Alt+Enter.
MAX 2 isn't using DOSBox. This game can't be played in window mode.

I fondly remember MAX 1. MAX 2 was the game that forced me to finally break down and get windows 95. (Obviously, I am not a Microsoft fan) That is why MAX 2 isn't in DOS Box.
