I've been looking over the site and I can't find an answer for this. Here's the deal: I want to get rid of Lure of the Temptress, Teen Agent, and Beneath a Steel Sky.

I am normally opposed to complaining about free things, but to provide an analogy, it's like someone stuck three different religious pamphlets on my refrigerator and I couldn't remove them. I didn't pick these games and they have ugly icons. I'm not interested in trying them right now since I have a ton of good games that I bought during the Christmas sale. Can I hide / delete / change the icons to show something else?
Contacting support would be your best bet.
I would also like this. Post again if you find a solution.

I contacted support a few minutes after I posted here. They just got back in touch with me earlier this evening and said they'd do it but they needed to verify my identity first. I just emailed them back so they'll probably remove them from my account soon.
I don`t really see the problem, I just ignore them.
What is wrong with having them on your shelf, you dont have to download them again. just ignore them.
I fail to see a problem here. It's not like those icons are forcing their way to your living room, scaring off children.
It's funny because BASS is one of the best games on GOG, regardless of price.
I would like to hide or remove some of these default games as well, do you have a solution yet? Thanks.

The only way to do so is to contact the support and asking them to remove unwanted games.

If you don't like looking at a game box then just move it down a few shelves,
I've got freebies at the bottom (even though I love BASS and Lure) and cool-looking boxes at the top ...

...this approach may necessitate buying a few more games to go between ... great excuse so it's win-win :)
You should do yourself a favor and play Beneath a Steel Sky. It's dated but really, really well done. Even if you just follow a walkthrough it's a great ride. Just remember not to take the can of WD-40 too soon.
I like this game but I do agree that if GOG is going to make a blatantly OCD feature like a wooden shelf they should let us hide games as well.
