Does anyone know of a normal way to quit the "Game Over" screen? Whenever I press a button it just starts over again.

I get scenario 99 or something failed to load then restarts the credits.

Strangely enough, when i finish the game, and the credits roll i get a message saying that something failed loading. Other than that it runs fine.
