The version 2.0 installer of LOTR Royal Edition includes a CD version of LOTR 1 but unfortunately on my XP system it refuses to run. Support have come up blank on this one as they are unable to reproduce it and none of the usual tricks seem to work.

I'm not in a huge rush to play this game, just posting this here in case anyone else has the same problem and/or has a solution.

If I come up with anything else myself I will update this post.
