I have sound, speech, just no backing music. why?

if I look at the Turbo CD version, on youtube, It has more music

I think that's a fault of PC CD talkie version available on GOG. Just had a playthrough and also noticed that music appeared rather scarcely. My initial impression was that something is wrong but other youtube playthroughs of this version aren't any different.
