I play New Game+ version. In the start of the game, after finding out that Zoé has been kidnapped and brought to another island, I try to go save her! ;-) Normally, in the area of the Docks, we would get the key from the grobbo (elephant) in front of the white gate. But now I get a heart. When killing the other grobbo in the vicinity where we normally can buy a ferry ticket, also I receive a heart, no key.
This is why I cannot progress.. Normally we get the key from the mentioned grobbo in front of the white gate.
Who can help me out? Even with a save game? Thanks in advance!
