I just learned that German studio, which made Anna's Quest, is making new Leisure Suit Larry game. And apparently you can already pre-order the game from Steam (no word yet if it is coming to GOG). The developer said on Steam forum that Al Lowe is not involved, which is a pity. Personally I think that Al's (bad) sense of humour is what makes Larry games unique. However, as Anna's Quest was a decent game, I am confident that this cannot be as bad train wreck as those Larry Lovage games were.

Great news. Finally new larry game with HD graphics. It will probably be a great game.

I found this developer comment on Steam forum:

"Every distribution platform decides for themself if they list a title or not. But we think that the new LSL game will be also available later on GOG."

Considering they also released the old larry games on steam with trace of GOG files in them (Codemasters probably provided them), I don't find it strange to believe.

I look forward to seeing it on GoG.

On twitter they announced that Jan Rabson has been brought back to be the voice of Larry. That's a huge plus in my book. Really looking forward to playing this in a few weeks.
