Are there any fan-made "Leisure Suit Larry" games, or tributes?
I'm afraid not. Although there were plenty of games similar to Leisure Suit Larry that were released back in the days, like Les Manley, the Spellcaster series or Leather Goddesses of Phobos, Leisure Suit Larry has simply not enjoyed the same fervor that King's Quest, Space Quest, Quest For Glory, Indiana Jones or Gabriel Knight generated among the fan game making community.

I recall however stumbling upon an indie game called Kinky Island, back in the days when I used to visit the AGS forums, which has been in the making for years now, but I have no idea if the game has been released however.

I have not heard of any.
Wait a minute. There are Gabriel Knight fan games?
No, but Gabriel Knight and Jane Jensen were a source of inspiration for the people at Phoenix Online Studios. I think they even ended up working with her on one of her game.
Oh,, are you talking about the Silver Lining? That game does take place in the land where Jane Jensen's KQ game took place so I guess it would make sense that she worked on it. I had no idea. That would explain why there are references to "Gabriel Knight" in that game.

No, I am not referring to the Silver Lining.
