ElDoRado1239: Here's some background information. Turns out it has nothing to do with "controversial content" or anything, it's a simple matter of licensing. GOG versions seem unaffected.
EA bought Codemasters, which caused the Steam seller of Larry 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7 and MCL (Assemble Games) to lose the right to sell them. That seller did not sell these games on GOG, it was just a company that bought the license to sell them on Steam, something like a sub-publisher I guess.
