So yeah for some reason you can't just change the language in the language picker to Polish so here is a quick guide on how to change it.

Right click on the game in the GOG galaxy launcher > then press Manage the installation > Then press configure >Go to features > In the file 1 just under the "Default Executable" check mark press "Duplicate". > Scroll down a bit until you see "File 3" > Then in the arguments window add "-language polish" > Check the "Default Executable" check mark to true so the game will automatically launch in Polish > And done your game should be now in Polish!

No więc z jakiegoś powodu nie można po prostu zmienić języka z opcji, dlatego tutaj mały poradnik, jak zmienić język gry na polski

Najpierw kliknij prawym przyciskiem myszy na grę > zarządzaj instalacją > konfiguruj > następnie klikamy w funkcje > W Pliku 1, pod "Domyślny plik wykonywalny", klikamy Duplikat > Następnie idziemy na dół aż do Pliku 3 > w parametrach wpisujemy "-language polish" > następnie klikamy domyślny plik wykonywalny > Klikamy OK, i gra powinna już być po polsku.
