i want to share with you that this game needs an Large Address Aware patch to work properly for everyone.

Through the preservation program "-heapsize 2048" have been added however this wont do anything along with the other effect less arguments that have been added. (These are source engine arguments and the heapsize one is even deprecated there!)

To patch the game to use 4GB i recommend to use "4GB Patch": https://ntcore.com/4gb-patch to patch the game executable.
