I want to use my 4:3 monitor's whole screen to view the games. (kyrandia series) I do not think there is any reason to be forced to put up with a black boarder on the top and bottom of an already 4:3 image on a 4:3 monitor(my Sony is a 4:3 I use especially for these old games) I have already set it to aspect correction but there is still two small(er) black boarders on the top and bottom even after using aspect correction in the Scuimmvm settings (cntrl F5) I see no option to stretch the image to fill the spaces. In DOSBOX this can be acheived by setting full screen res to "original" not "desktop" and aspect to "true". not so with scummvm. I would have preferred this game be left to DOSbox. but alas it is not. I understand some people prefer the (small) black top/bottom borders and the slightly chubby rectangular image in games I do not! is there a control or way to stretch the image? I got it to work in Bladerunner(forgot how) I cannot seem to find any way to stretch the image to fit my monitor's whole screen in these games.

nevermind! got it to work by downloading bladerunner and using its version of ScummVM
set the aspect as usual and set strech to "fit window" if you were one to use a wide screen it would be Stretch to fit 4:3 window my monitor is a 4:3 and so small the rectangular pixels do not bother me in the least.
