I have reached the final portal world (shattered desert) but don't have any Vel's fruit left and no anti-poison magic (warrior's guild). Immediately when you enter the shattered desert you are ambushed by monsters who give you radiation poisoning and I have no way to cure it. Am I really locked out of the game, or is there any way to obtain Vel's fruit or other means of curing poison at this stage of the game?

Edit: nvm, I reloaded an older save, bought stone bracers and rushed through the ruloi homeworld again. All good.
