Before i make an official request fro help looking to see if anyone has solved this.
Launch game forced into window, set to fullscreen forced into window and cant do anything from the map...
at current its unplayable :(
Solution:
make all setting close game... open game check to see if fullscreen stuck... close game... now set game to only open as administrator... launch game and play.
Launching as Admin this will keep fullscreen and allow the mouse to move on the entire screenspace, so its a bonus fix for the mouse issue.
