I've got the game running through SCUMMVM, I'm using the GOG version, if that helps. I've chosen the windows version, not the DOS version through the SCUMMVM menu and yet, when I play it, it plays the DOS music.
Is there anyway to get the windows version's music to play?
I think 'Windows' music refers to General MIDI, which you can choose from inside ScummVM, but if you want the best possible music for most Sierra games, you want to take advantage of MT-32 music support.

First, make sure you're running the most recent version of ScummVM -- they really improved the MT-32 emulator. Then, find the MT-32 ROMs online and unzip them into the ScummVM directory.

You'll know ScummVM is running with MT-32 emulation when you get little messages in a box on screen when starting up the game -- the MT-32 had its own little screen where messages where displayed.

It should use the Windows music, when you choose "Windows" as platform.
If it doesn't, please submit a bug report (http://bugs.scummvm.org) . It may be a regression.
