I somehow had this showing yesterday, in combat. A number on the bottom right of each unit showing their activation sequence. E.g. 1, 2, 3, 4, so you can tell who's next. It also showed a health bar under each unit.

Today, it's gone again. I don't see an option for it in the options menu. Is there a hotkey of some kind?

IIRC, in Armoured Princess this sort of stuff is displayed if you press and hold the left Ctrl key. Check if the hotkey is the same.

This is toggled by one of the ALT keys, can't remember which one.
