Is there any way to set Kingpin to use bots in a Deathmatch? I want to try a singleplayer DM game. When I checked the multiplayer menu, I didn't see any option to add any bots. Can this be done without a mod?

Thanks for the info! Do you know any other commands that can be used with the Kraze bot? Is there a command to end the round early or a way to select a new map?

In the kingpin/main directory you have two text files:
-server.cfg
-maps.lst

In server.cfg you'll find explanations about servers in Kingpin.
To set a time limit, let's add +timelimit nn to your command line.

map.lst defines the map rotation. You can edit it as you want.

Surprisingly, i can't run kpdm2, kpdm3, kpdm4 with Kraze. Despite the fact there are routes...

Something wrong with the routes in fact. If I forbid access to them, it works. Kingpin doesn't crash. But bots are really stupid then.
New routes can be made though...

In the shortcut to kingpin.exe, can I add a command to rotate 4 maps at once? Can a user add something like "+map kpdm1 +map kpdm2 +map kpdm3 +map kpdm4"?

Map rotation is the job of maps.lst
You write there the names of the maps you want to play.
And at the end of the first map, the board is displayed with some music. When the music is over, just press a key to launch the next map.

You can also play online on the "Luschen Botmatch" server, it uses the kraze bot and has rotating Bots.

There are drop down boxes where you can change the number of bots, the skill level of the bots and the game mode ( death match, team death match or bagman).

You can play both team Deathmatch and team Bagman on the Luschen Botmatch server.

There are drop down boxes where you can change the number of bots, the skill level of the bots and the game mode ( death match, team death match or bagman).

You can change the mode from Std Deathmatch to Team DM or team Bagman in the dropdown menu.

Then you will be able to play with your brother against a team of bots.
