Vulkan could help! Performanceproblems are often present and Cryengine V supports Vulkan.

Vulkan might help some with performance issues.
It might be implemented in an update, food for thought for Warhorse Studios.

In my case Doom (2016) went from 56-62 FPS (in 4k) up to 72-78, that is quite a boost.
I have to mention that with everything low i cant play KCD above 30-40FPS (vega 64 H2O) and i have to downscale the resolution to 3200 to get something arround 50-60.

Vulkan could save the important resources!
It probably wouldnt be straight foward to implement and could cause more issues, but it's a shame that Vulkan is underused. Back in 2016 a lot of people were predicting it was the future but it never really seems to have caught on. I can actually understand a lot of games that started development before 2016 not having Vulkan, as is the case with Kingdom Come deliverance, but it's a shame that newer titles that started development after it came out seem to be avoiding it.
