Here are 2 interesting articles to tweak and tune the game:
https://segmentnext.com/2018/02/14/kingdom-come-deliverance-fps-boost-optimizations-tweaks
https://www.pcgamer.com/kingdom-come-deliverance-console-commands
Try using command:

r_BatchType x
0 - CPU friendly.
1 - GPU friendly.
2 - Automatic.

There is a video with Radeon Vega where using right type almost doubles fps (from ~30 to ~50)

Changing proces priority to High also gives a little boost.

On site:

there is a nice tweak "Remove texture/LOD pop-in"

And here are console commands for Cryengine (starting with r_):

I set up a .cfg file in the game folder with

r_VSync = 0
r_antialiasingTAASharpening = 0

and it's worked a treat stabilising the freame at near Ultra settings in 1440 resolution. Mostly 50-60 the whole, drops to 30 in a couple of specific areas/conditions but WAY better performance than I've had previously.

I think 2 is the default? Which should I use? You have not explained that....

Open console, start typing and use tab for autofill (commands can be case sensitive). After command is fully autofilled, it should give you current value. Try using the other value and compare results.
