Are the DLCs playable on my 60 hours right-at-the-end savegame?

In terms of narrative and pacing, they make much more sense if played during the main story, but they are perfectly playable during the endgame.

Wow ... you're a speedy one ;) I have over 280h in my current playthrough (not counting ~100h of "getting to know the game" in prevoius plays) and I'm in the middle of the main quest. Are you sure you've even "played" the game? Maybe you should start from the beginning?

Yep, havn't had a problem with all three.
