Sent an email to support and the HD content just appeared today in my games account. So the issue resolved itself or someone from support helped me. Thanks. Seems it just takes a few days for DLC content to appear.

Hello,

Just picked up KCD Royal Edition in the recent sale but it won't let me install any of the free DLCs (HD Voices and Textures) The other included 5 DLCs installed just fine.

I'm using version Galaxy 1.2 (2.0 doesnt work on my computer).

I tried uninstalling and re-installing whole game, but it didn't work.

Any suggestions or ways to download HD free content?

I hope this will help someone. After buying the full edition I additionally “buy” for 0 usd HD packs from the Gog store, then restarted Gog Galaxy and it automatically started downloading them. After which they appeared in the settings.
