Hi there,

It is supposed to be my last quest but there is no trace of any Jain priest at all.
Any thoughts about it?

Also there should be more quest to complete but it looks like there is nothing left, but just me roaming.

Thanks in advance for your answers if you do.

Hi Gunclub,

There are loads of quests so I expect you just need a few tips on where to look :) Has Kim been to school yet? That's an important early step. Then you can almost always get a new mission by visiting major characters: the lama, Mahbub Ali in Lahore, Creighton in Umballa and later on, Lurgan in Simla. There is also a constant supply of missions available from Letter Writers - found in most towns (see map's Buildings overlay).

As for the 'Jain Priest', do you have the survey equipment you're meant to be bringing him? He won't reveal himself unless you do. If not, you can buy it in any Supply Store.

Hope that helps, let me know if you'd like any other advice.

Hi Hoguean,

thanks for the reply.

Indeed I have completed all the quests but this one.
It seems to be the last.
That's the problem I think, as you said, I need to have the equipment for him but I don't remember what he was asking for.....so I bought every type of thing but stil he doesn't show up.
Was ii sweet meat? Could you tell me what was it to bring ?

Thanks a lot

Hi Gunclub,

The item is called 'Survey Equipment', you can buy it in any Supply Store (in Umballa, Dehra Dun or Leh).

New quests don't appear in Kim's notebook until you unlock them by meeting a character. There are about 100 quests in the game so it's very unlikely that you have completed them all.

If you have already been to school and spoken to the main characters a lot, try buying rumours from Letter Writers (found in all big towns). I also suggest carefully exploring all the towns, there are some buildings you can enter, which unlock quests.

If you'd like any more tips, just let me know, I'm happy to help :)

All clear to me.

Anyway, it might be a bug.

Even with the survey thing the priest doesn't show up.
I had that before and there's no new quests showing anywhere , I'm sure cause I ve been roaming everywhere with nothin really changing.
Did the scholl. drama club, gin and tonic club, thugs all been killed, etc....

Complete all the quests I ve bumped in to.... this shows as the only one on the map and I think the game got stuck.

Any suggestions about it? Otherwise I am totally fine and I loved the game anyway.

It's a gem.

Cheers

Thanks, great to hear you've enjoyed it! A couple quest lines, which you might not have found yet, are both unlocked by visiting specific buildings: the newspaper in Allahabad and an aristocrat's house in Dehra Dun.

As for the Jain Priest, there isn't a speech bubble when you enter the level but he should be there, if you check everyone for a conversation called 'Equipment', you should find him. If this doesn't work, you can send me your save game file and we'll take a look - send it to hello@secretgamescompany.com. Your save file is in the same directory as Kim.exe (the icon you click to boot the game), just attach all the files in there if that's easier and let me know if you need any help finding it.
