Does anyone know if the mods I'm using for 130.1804 will work if I install the latest patch... or will I have to download and install them all over again?

Depends on mod type. If it only has cfg files, then probably yes. If it has DLL files, then maybe yes (50/50). You have to recompile in this case or ask for recompile.
